[SS-Propellant] Possible propellant casting concept

Greetings Team,
I"ve given a lot of thought to possible improvements to the two methods
under consideration (Tucker-Rider & Krech-Nakka), and I've put down my
ideas on paper. Note, this sketch represents only a concept. It is
beginning to appear (based on Serge's and Dustins enlightening
experiments) that stirring of the slurry would be needed, period. I'll
confirm (?) this when I get my vacuum pump and continue the testing of
the evaporation method.
The method illustrated could be adapted to either liquid or powdered
form of sorbitol & KNO3. If powdered form is used, a hopper would
instead feed the materials into the mixing drum.
Based on a 15 minute mixing cycle, a 3 kg batch size, and continual
replenishment of the holding tanks, the twelve 34 kg. segments could be
cast in 34/3 * 0.25 * 12 = 34 hours. If two units are used, the time
could be cut in half. And it'd be a wise approach to use two units in
case one breaks down irrepairably.
Let's discuss this concept...have I overlooked any major issues? Is this
concpet practical? Ideas for improvement? Simplification?
Richard
