[SS-Propellant] propellant production systems

Hi,

Herewith some brief comments concerning the choice of the most appropriate
propellant production system.
First of all I believe that all systems proposed have their own merrits. So
it is actually not an easy choice.

The most attractive system to me is the Lev/Colburn method. This method is
the simplest and probably the cheapest. To make 12 segments I expect that 3
systems are needed. The whole procedure would take I guess about 3 days. I
dont see major safety problems with this method and some can be overcome (
for instance in making the powder humid before adding it to the recipient).
Although i am not certain that it is easy to get rid of all the water ones
the propellant is liquified. The water at the bottom must travel a long way
to reach the surface and I guess it will take much time.
This is also a major concern with the Krech/Nakka method where a lot of
water is used. But this can be checked. This it remains a rather simple
system. If the elimination of the water in the propellant is not taking too
much time it is my second choice.
The Tucker/Rider method is a great system provided electic heating is used.
If it can be made in a professional way and distance operated this would do
the job in no time.

Greetings,
Tony
