[SS-Propellant] Results of team members input on Casting Methods

Greetings, PDT members,
The results are in, as to your opinions as to which of the propellant 
production methods warrants further investigation:
Krech/Nakka  4 votes
Tucker/Rider  3 votes
Lev/Colburn   1 vote
Vrbec     1 vote

As such,  I suggest we embark on some serious research into the 
Krech/Nakka and Tucker/Rider methods. I'd be cool if we could combine 
the best of each into a single method...possible? This is one thing we 
could consider. But lets also look at the two methods separately and see 
if we can refine the concepts, as a starting point....
