I have uploaded a draft copy of the Propellant Production specification 
document that I recently completed. This document outlines the details 
of the proposed production process and apparatus for producing the large 
batches of propellant needed for the SStS project:

Please provide comments on the Safety and Environment aspects of this 
document. I am sure that I have missed alot of important matters that
