Honeycomb & aluminum skin would be standard aerospace solution, all requirements and properties good predictable  and processes are known on the regular basis.  Requires just one extraordinary thing - anodizing and priming by adhesive primer [ the best one and regulary used is EC3917 manufactured by 3M ] before priming. Anodizing is performed by electrolysis in acid bath, priming by adhesive primer must be aplied in less than few hours after anodizing. Cured primer is stable & bondable under  vacuum [ standard solution ] or press even in our conditions. Honeycomb might be from aluminum as well [ 5052 T6 material ].
